Erni Dekritawati Yuliana, famously known to the Malaysian public as “Datin Rita Sosilawati,” is a woman of vision, resilience, and elegance. She is the Managing Director of Nouvelle Beauty Centre Sdn. Bhd., proudly carrying forward the prestigious name NOUVELLES VISAGES (NV). Since August 2010, she has taken the helm of the business with unwavering determination, fueled by her solid experience in the cosmetology industry. With a keen understanding of cosmetic trends and a natural enthusiasm for beauty, Datin Rita has successfully positioned NV as a trusted and innovative brand in Malaysia’s beauty landscape.

As the beloved daughter of the late Dato’ Sosilawati Lawiya, a legendary entrepreneur and beauty icon, Datin Rita was nurtured from a young age with the values of hard work, knowledge, and passion for the beauty industry. Her upbringing, coupled with her natural charisma, shaped her into a woman with not only strong leadership qualities but also the desire to expand NV beyond Malaysia and into the international market. Under her leadership, NV has grown into more than just a beauty company—it has become a symbol of empowerment, confidence, and timeless elegance.

Her accomplishments as a leading female figure in the cosmetics world are already remarkable, yet for Datin Rita, success is not an end but a continuous journey. With each passing year, she embraces new challenges and opportunities, proving that her ambition knows no bounds.

As one of the top students in Textile Design at Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), her foundation in the arts has been a stepping stone for her exciting comeback into the creative industry.

This comeback is beautifully expressed through her new role as the Founder of Victoria Sloane, an exclusive brand specializing in elegant handbags. Believing firmly that “handbags are a woman’s best friend,” Datin Rita has combined her artistic sensibilities with her business acumen to create a brand that speaks to women’s individuality, confidence, and timeless style.

Her entrepreneurial journey is no coincidence—having been immersed in business from a very young age, she naturally developed a strong sense of entrepreneurship. Today, she is celebrated not only as a successful businesswoman but also as an inspiring role model for the next generation of women leaders in Malaysia and beyond.
